Please join us in celebrating Gus Fauci’s 25-year anniversary milestone with DemTech!

Gus is far more than our General Manager. He is a leader, mentor and the backbone of so much of what we do. His impact reaches every corner of our organization and the geosynthetics industry as a whole. While his accomplishments are remarkable, it’s his genuine character, unwavering work ethic, and the way he shows up for people every day that sets him apart.

We’re incredibly fortunate to work alongside him and to call him a friend.

A few highlights from Gus’s extraordinary career:
• 32 years in the geosynthetics industry
• 30 years of welding and testing- over 10 million sq. ft. of geosynthetic products
• 25 years as DemTech’s Master Training Instructor, leading teams and personally training thousands of technicians worldwide
• 21 years as an official IAGI CWT proctor, testing hundreds of technicians
• 20+ years managing production and development
• 10+ years providing exclusive turf training for WatershedGeo

Today, we proudly celebrate Dylan Fetter and his 14 incredible years with DemTech Services, Inc. We know – he doesn’t look old enough for that to be true!

Dylan began his journey with us as an entry-level technician and, through hard work and dedication, has become the undisputed master of the Pro-Wedge welder. His expertise and craftsmanship play a vital role in the build and assembly of thousands of machines worldwide and hundreds of wedge variations, including but not limited to:

• 1 ¾” & 2” wedge welders
• 3” specialty wedge welders
• 4” specialty turf wedge welders
• High-speed tarp wedge welders
• In-house and in-field configurations
• ...and so much more!

Dylan’s deep knowledge, precision, and commitment make him an invaluable part of the DemTech team. We thank you, Dylan, for your years of service, your technical excellence and we look forward to the next 14 years!
