Still reeling from an incredible Dream Cruise weekend!

We were excited to help set the stage for Ford’s reveal of the new 2027 Mustang Dark Horse SC convertible. Our 80 UST Liebherr all terrain crane held the covered Mustang over Mustang Alley in Ferndale ahead of Friday’s unveiling.

Pretty cool to have our team and equipment play a part in a moment like this right here in Metro Detroit.

Ford has a covered Mustang hanging from a crane over Mustang Alley on East Nine Mile in Ferndale, with a countdown clock on it. It comes down at 4:30 today.

Ford announced the car this morning: the 2027 Mustang Dark Horse SC convertible, 795 horsepower and 660 lb-ft from a supercharged 5.2-liter V8. Ford calls it the most powerful open-air Mustang ever built, and the first new high-performance Mustang convertible since 2013.

It comes in a new color called Precision Purple.

Orders open this fall and it reaches showrooms in spring 2027.
