Great article by one of our talented Gensler Detroit Designer’s Imani Day on the importance of diversity in our profession. We are proud to have Imani championing these initiatives within our office and now sharing this perspective on a global platform with ARCHITECT magazine.

Though architecture firms may purport to champion diversity, their claims often fall flat when questioned for actual examples and data.
