ACCOUNT PAYABLE/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Account Payable/Payroll Administrator to manage financial transactions of a growing company. Responsibilities include payroll, reconciling bank statements, and accounts payable. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 years or more experience in accounts payable and or payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PayrollAccounts payable and vendor paymentsManage accounting transactions for multiple booksReconcile bank accountsBasic office duties
SKILLS
Experience in accounts payableExperience with payroll/ADP programHands-on experience with accounting Software QuickBooksMS Excel and Word skillsExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsAssociate degree Accountant preferred
