CHAMPION Now!'s renewed and focused Camp CHAMP! rolled out at the Leyden High Schools Student Summit 2023 ... Fifteen middle schoolers joined us each day to manufacture their own pen with laser engraved nameplate on their pen case while also taking home a performance long sleeve shirt adorned with our sponsors. Six Leyden high schoolers acted as mentors at each of the manufacturing stations for the younger kids, all of whom are involved in manufacturing curriculum at their respective Leyden high schools. The results were tremendous, with eight students even participating in exit interviews with our partner, Cutting Tool Engineering.

A huge thank you to the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) for helping us roll out our Illinois-based pilot camps with great success! We're excited about our upcoming camps along with rolling out Camp CHAMP! nationally.

Tonight we were blessed to host the used machine tool specialists of the MDNA Chicago Chapter. What a great group they are. Very glad we joined this organization.

Great dinner & evening sharing time with MDNA members Thursday night. Many great industry members in the used machine tool industry. Iverson & Company will host a regional meeting In mid May.

Earlier this week, the MDNA Chicago Chapter hosted their Member Appreciation Night at Mortons Restaurant in Rosemont Illinois.
The blizzard made it a challenge but we are thankful to the 25 people who were able to make it through the blizzard to come!
