This Memorial Day, progress on the Grinnell Veterans Monument carries extra meaning.

For decades, this corner of Central Park has been a place of remembrance. Now, it is becoming something new: a lasting tribute to the men and women who served, sacrificed, and carried the weight of freedom for the rest of us.

Seeing the monument take shape is a reminder that remembrance is not passive. It is something we build, protect, and pass on.

Market to Market Relay has become one of those events our team looks forward to every year.

It’s more than the run from Jefferson to Des Moines. It’s the early morning start, the van rides, the handoffs, the grind, and the shared push toward the finish. Events like this strengthen our culture and build the kind of working relationships that carry back into the office.

This year, the MODUS team finished 16th overall out of 186 teams and 2nd in the corporate category.

Together, they covered 71.4 miles at a 7:09 per mile pace.

Proud of this team and the way they represented MODUS.
