SwapLoader is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help drive operational excellence and customer success.

💼 About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting our sales, operations, and customer experience efforts. You’ll manage order entry, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
📍 Location: Des Moines, IA (100% onsite)
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Accurately process orders for equipment and service parts
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and manufacturing teams
• Communicate with customers on shipments and order status
• Support reporting, documentation, and administrative functions
• Deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of administrative experience (AP/AR a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (Outlook preferred)
