Congratulations Local #45 for 100 years of worker's standing together and bargaining for livable wages and on the job safety standards. Guyer's BBQ and Custom Smokers is suppling meat for the celebration. I am very proud to be a member of this organization, and it has served my family and myself very well. UNION CRAFTSPERSON FOREVER.

I wonder what the neighbor has on his pit. I am going with a sirloin tip roast with a herb olive oil glaze. I will probably throw some wings on after the roast is done.
