Engineering excellence, over water. 🌊🚧

For the Camp Hall Rail Phase 2 project in Pineville, South Carolina, EFCO partnered with Kiewit Corporation Infrastructure South Co. to form an 805-foot rail bridge built entirely over water.

Massive 9’ x 7’ pier caps, 140,000 lb capacity support brackets, and integrated EFCO LITE®, PLATE GIRDER®, E-BEAM®, Round Column®, and SUPER STUD® systems delivered safe construction, while driving the Lowest in-Place Concrete Cost (LIPCC).

When projects demand custom engineering and true partnership, EFCO delivers.

The number one thing slowing crews down on day one? Showing up without the right tools. 🔧

EFCO Senior Field Supervisor Matt Harrington has seen it happen on jobsites time and time again, and the fix is simple. Review the tool list before you mobilize, not after you arrive. The right tools on day one saves time, frustration, and callbacks.

Watch the full reel and share it with your crew. 👊

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Mikey Ferreira

Mikey is the definition of a team player. As a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, he's never hesitated to go where he's needed, traveling to Atlanta four times and even to Hawaii in the past year to support other locations that needed a helping hand.

When Mikey shows up, he doesn't just get the work done; he takes the time to instill EFCO's core values of Quality and Super Service into everyone he works with. That kind of leadership makes a difference far beyond his home location.

Thank you, Mikey, for everything you bring to Team EFCO! 👊

Not sure what sets formwork, shoring, and falsework apart? You're not alone. 💡

These three terms are used all the time, but each plays a distinct role on the jobsite. Swipe through for a quick breakdown, and reach out to your EFCO Territory Manager if you want to talk through what the right combination looks like for your next project.

Great to have students from the NIACC Building Trades out at CCFI this week! 🏗️

The students got an in-person look at our formwork systems in Construction Hall, a walk-through of EFCO's history in Formation Hall, and a behind-the-scenes tour of our manufacturing facility. It's always great to connect with the next generation of builders and show them what the concrete construction industry is all about.

Thanks for visiting! 👊

Roads, bridges, and highways: they're how we get to work, get home, and stay connected to the people and places that matter most. 🌉

This National Infrastructure Week, EFCO is proud to play a part in Building a Stronger America. From complex bridge decks and massive pier caps to long-span solutions over water and traffic, EFCO has been on the jobsite alongside the crews doing this important work for decades.

The infrastructure that holds this country together doesn't happen by accident; it takes great people, great partners, and the right systems to get it done. 👊

Every crew wants to pour as fast as possible, but how do you know when it's safe to keep going? 💡

EFCO Senior Field Supervisor Matt Harrington walks through the Set Rate Chart method, a practical way to monitor how quickly concrete is setting up inside the form, so crews can make real-time pour-rate decisions before pressure becomes a problem.

Connecting Communities Through Innovation in Córdoba, Argentina. 🌉

For the 145-meter Viaducto Valle Escondido, ESTRUCTURAS S.A.C.I.C.I.F. partnered with EFCO to keep one of the city’s busiest corridors moving while construction progressed overhead. Using a self-supporting system with PLATE GIRDER®, E-Z DECK®, and SUPER STUD®, the team eliminated ground-based shoring and maintained clearance for uninterrupted traffic.

With just four crane picks and four hours of traffic interruption each night, the installation demonstrated how early collaboration, 3D modeling, and field support drive efficiency, and the Lowest in-Place Concrete Cost (LIPCC).
