One fun and busy day at R&R!

Last Thursday started bright and early with our R&R Town Hall, timed to match the start of our survey field crews’ day. For those of us who usually start a little later, it was a fun reality check and a great reminder of how early our survey teams are already up, out the door, and making things happen.

The Town Hall also gave us a chance to recap the first quarter of 2026, align on what’s ahead, and take time to educate, celebrate, and connect as a team.

By late morning, the office transformed in the best way as we welcomed some of our youngest and most curious guests for Take Your Child to Work Day.

From master-planning their own communities and engineering gumdrop-and-toothpick dream houses, to learning how to spot job site safety dos and don’ts, trying a few creative marketing tricks, and wrapping up with a lesson on what a CEO does, the day became a hands-on learning lab for the next generation of engineers, surveyors, planners, builders, and big thinkers.

Needless to say, it was a great reminder of what we’re building and who we’re building it for.
