Meet Mark Kline, a Welder and Robot Operator at High Concrete Group’s Denver Plant with over 30 years of experience.

Mark is proud to have advanced into a robot welding role, where he programs and fine‑tunes robotic weld procedures, operates the equipment, and keeps production moving by loading parts as the system rotates. His work supports consistent quality and efficient production every day.

Our Structural group recently reached an important safety milestone with 90 days without an OSHA recordable incident.

With more than six years of service, Zach Baker works as High Concrete Group LLC’s Receiving and Stockroom Clerk and plays an important role in supporting daily operations. Zach is responsible for verifying and organizing inbound materials, managing the stockroom and staging areas, and accurately entering inventory and purchasing data. He values the ever‑changing nature of his work, which keeps each day engaging and rarely routine.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys relaxing by playing video games and also has a creative side. He previously spent time painting and drawing, and hopes to take a class in the future to reconnect with that interest.
