Construction is underway on Summit House, the first on-campus housing project for Metropolitan State University of Denver.

We secured the full HVAC equipment scope with our valued partner, Design Mechanical, Inc., supplying:
• Carrier 30XV Chiller with Water-Side Economizer
• Carrier 42 Series Fan Coils
• Carrier Split Systems
• PTACs and VTACs

The 12-story mass timber building on the Auraria Campus will deliver 500 student beds along with retail space and a new Classroom to Career Hub, marking a major shift for the historically commuter-focused university, with completion expected in 2027.

Shoutout to our Sales Engineer, Corey Trease, for his leadership and expertise in securing and supporting this project.
