Colorado’s new dredge and fill program is now in effect, and many floodplain and stormwater professionals are navigating what these changes mean for their projects. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), in partnership with Wright Water Engineers and Noah Greenberg, is offering a training session focused on Colorado’s Dredge and Fill Program and wetland permitting requirements.
