Our team at Raptor Civil Engineering had a great time at Flight & Fight hosted by .

The event sparked great conversations around housing, city growth, sustainability, infrastructure, and AI, all shaping how Denver continues to evolve.

One big takeaway for us: Denver is at a turning point. As growth continues, it’s important to stay true to the city’s culture and identity. As we work on both market-rate and affordable housing projects, we’re focused on designing with community needs in mind and making the City review process as efficient as possible.

The best results happen when city reviewers, policy makers, and community members work together. We left inspired to keep doing our part to move Denver forward while honoring what makes it unique.

We are thrilled to announce our involvement in a beautiful project in the heart of Denver! Our team is working on a brand-new 12-story, 387-unit apartment development in Sun Valley!

Shout out to the Raptors working on this project, Madison Jurewicz and Gabrielle Kinney, EIT!! Impressive work all around!
