Participating in this event each year has not only been a day out of the office for us, it's been a joy to watch the schoolbuses unload for a flurry of fun hands-on future forming activities just for the girls.

This year we were joined by Strong Work Renovations LLC and NTCA Women In Tile to share this event with the larger tile community.

Transportation & Construction GIRL Day is Colorado's largest transportation and construction career awareness initiative for girls, connecting 2,000+ participants each year with more than 100 industry partners through immersive, hands-on experiences that expand career awareness, challenge stereotypes, and strengthen Colorado's future infrastructure workforce pipeline.
