Overview:
Our company services dozens of restaurant chains and property management companies. It’s vital to our customers to keep their water and drain lines up and running properly. We are both a pumping and plumbing company. We service several customers grease traps along with their service plumbing needs. Our service plumbers respond to ensure all plumbing fixtures, grease traps, and lift stations remain online. We complete plumbing repairs, rough in plumbing, new installations, upfit, finish plumbing, and replacements. We are a growing company interested in individuals with plumbing experience and a positive attitude. We value employees who can work alongside a team as well as complete tasks on their own.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Positive/Can Do Attitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to speak, read and write english
Sufficient plumbing experience
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform plumbing services calls in commercial facilities
Complete plumbing upfits up to NC Code
Install plumbing fixtures, main water lines, water heaters, and rough in plumbing
Ability to work from an extension ladder
Ability to lift heavy objects
Carry out tasks in a timely manner
Maintain a professional appearance
Maintain cleanliness of company tools, vehicles, and equipment
Solid interpersonal and communication skills while interacting with other employees and customers
Attention to detail
Ability to work productively with a team and alone
Knowledge of grease traps, lift stations, odor eliminating systems
General knowledge of plumbing and drain line systems
Ability to read site plans, and drawings
Experience with pump trucks, rollback trucks, skidsteers, and excavators
Experience with water jetters, box jetters and sewer augers
Experience with safety equipment such as confined space harnesses and lifts
Maintaining jobsite cleanliness
Knowledge Preferred:
Prior experience in plumbing industry
Operation of Pump Truck
Preventative Maintenance Plumbing
Remediation Services
Grease Trap Pumping
Commercial Up-fit Plumbing skill
Out of the ground plumbing projects
