Bad hub seal cause the bearing to fail then hub got into the spindle and welded it self in place

Suspension worn bad due to pulling it not level

Puts more weight on rear axle and can lead to poor handling

Custom mount for spare tire
Mounted on side to prevent interference on front cargo area .

Had to 30 degree cut the main tubing to prevent hitting tire on the spare set up

Added 3x5 inch gussets to prevent flex .

Painted to match !!

Before and after Jack replacement

Previous shop just cut and replace jack and welded in a nut to fill gap on a bent crossmember / jack mount

Cut and remove added new 3.5x5 x .375 inch angle snd cut and drilled and bolted new jack

In the future if there is a issue with the jack the customer can unbolt and replace

Just know if you get under bid for job doesn’t mean your not worth your price .

I saw a job and bid on it . Then later saw the other company working on it .
Good for them , if I could do it for less I might

Insurance , fuel and welding supplies adds up
They had a less professional way of completion but it’s on them .

I say good ain’t cheap

Yes it’s chrome but match up the Denali trim level

Had to switch over wire harnesses do to the blind spot monitoring system
