You want to explain to me what ftard engineer thought that was a good idea. No way to get to the bolt on the inside of the handle to replace the PTO cable. This is a Cub Cadet XT1. Nice job MTD trying to make it harder and harder to work on these mowers this could be a 5 minute.job
