Even though my boss says “we’re open all weekend” a lot of people didn’t think so as I was 4 deep a lot of times today!! Palco chutes left and went all Over the Midwest, KENT creep loaded and another suprise load of hay haulers made Friday a busy busy day!!

Busy past couple of days with chutes, hay trailers and windbreak/shades coming and going, but pulling in the driveway this morning and seeing another load of Palco chutes blew me away!! If you’re attending the Farm Progress Show in Boone this week be sure to stop by and check out the booth and say Hi to my rep Scott Schutt!! You can pick up there as you can see by the one that left on Saturday already!!

Congratulations to Kristi Pederson for guessing my exact weight of 328.4lbs which won you a $50 Iowa Cattlemen's Association beef certificate!! Also the next 2 closest were Angel Boeck at 328lbs and Sheri Chase Neddermeyer at 327.7lbs and they will each receive a $25 certificate!! It’s GAME TIME!! Today (Sunday) is the day that the Crawford County Cattlemen's - Iowa group is working the Beef Quarters at the Iowa State Fair so if your at the fair be sure to stop by and say HELLO as you’re gonna know someone working!! But…. With our love of the fairs and my confidence in the perfect “Dad Bod” let’s see what I weigh this year!! I stopped by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship scales to get the weight certified!! Also I’ve been eating a little better except for this week so guess it to the exact 1/10th of a pound and possibly win one of 2 Iowa Cattlemen's Association Beef Certs worth $25 each from “The Ranch & The Crawford County Cattlemen Association!! So get your guesses in and let’s get some into your freezer!!
