Heritage General Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to support commercial construction projects across Fairbanks and Northern Alaska. This is a senior-level role responsible for leading project quality control programs, coordinating inspections and testing, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and contract compliance.

• Full-time | Fairbanks, AK
• $140,000–$160,000 annually + comprehensive benefits
• Professional development and certification support
• Opportunity to work on exciting commercial and federal construction projects

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong knowledge of construction quality processes, and excellent organizational and communication skills. USACE or government project experience is an asset, but candidates with strong commercial construction experience who are willing to obtain additional certifications are encouraged to apply.

A trailer was stolen on Wednesday, May 28th between 8:30 and 9 pm. Footage of the vehicle used was recorded on security cameras. It’s a smaller white car with part of the front bumper missing on the driver’s side.
