🏗️ Deep foundations for marine infrastructure.

At the Manzanillo Gas and Power – Marine Terminal EPC project, open-ended steel pipe piles ranging from 36 to 52 inches in diameter and 200 to 300 feet in length are being driven as part of the terminal’s construction.

The marine terminal includes an offloading platform with permanently berthed FRU and FSU vessels for offshore storage and regasification.

An impressive look at the scale of foundation work supporting this marine infrastructure project.

Two summits. One goal: Move Florida projects forward.

The PlanCheckPro.AI and PACIFICA teams had a great time attending the Jacksonville Construction & Development Summit and Bisnow’s South Florida Ultra-Luxury Home Summit, connecting with professionals shaping Florida’s built environment.

There’s a common misconception we often encounter as a private provider.

Yes, working with a private provider can help speed up the process, reduce costs, and provide greater confidence as a project moves forward. But understanding the relationship between the private provider and the building department is key to setting accurate expectations from the start.

A private provider does not replace the building department. Zoning, fire, utilities, and other agency approvals may still be required, while the building department remains the authority having jurisdiction.

Understanding the process matters—and so does staying ahead of code changes.
