We delivered!!!

Check out all the new inside and out that is making IFC better than ever. We have added a bunch of new equipment and nearly a literal ton of new high quality plates. We have some new Rogue equipment that is going to change the game and offer exercises and movements that we have been missing. We've updated our cardio, stairmaster, 2nd rower concept 2, Matrix spin bike, and upgraded echo bike. We've upgraded our wifi, and added more mats throughout the gym, and put some mirror tint on the windows. Come see all the new and keep an eye out for a Black Friday special that is going to be awesome!!!!

We've added a new piece to the gym, it's a belted squat. It allows people who have back/neck issues to be able to squat with the weight being on their hips as opposed to their shoulders. It allows you to work your legs at new angles and to be able to add new workouts to your next gym day. We will post a short video in the story to show how to use the new piece.

Attention members!!!! We will not be staffed tonight due to an issue with our heating. We found out earlier today that our heating system is not working properly, we contacted our neighbors Blue Fox Heating & Cooling + Plumbing - West Lafayette and they are going to bring over some heaters to help keep the temperature up, but they won't be able to get here to fix it until tomorrow. If you are using the gym it will be cooler than normal and please be cautious around the heaters.

We have new hoodies and T's available while they last, these are a new style and they maybe our best yet. The hoodies are soft and high quality, the T's are athletic cut and the material is really nice. The hoodies are available in 3 colors and sizes S - 3 XL, the T's have 6 color options and are available in S - 2XL. Hoodies are $30 and the T's are $14 !!!!
