Florida Rental Equipment is seeking a full time Rental Repair Technician to join our team at our facility in Deland, FL.

Florida Rental Equipment is focused on providing quality equipment at a competitive rate while maintaining the highest safety standards. We provide a wide range of equipment to serve our customers from stump grinders and sod cutters, to skid steers and excavators.

The Rental Repair Technician’s responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of our growing fleet of equipment, performing service calls at customer job sites, completing work orders in a timely manner and providing the best customer service with a positive attitude. While most repairs are completed at the facility, it will require at times repairing equipment in the field. This position can be physically demanding at times requiring frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and working outdoors.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 Trade school or 3+ years experience as a technician
 Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems
 Preventative Maintenance on fleet equipment
 Electrical troubleshooting
 Must have own tools
 Small engine repair and maintenance
 Flexibility on changing priorities
 Ability to communicate and write service work orders
 Ability to lift 50+ lbs
 Valid driver’s license

Schedule hours: 7am – 4pm Monday through Friday
