FFE built head with Ferrea valvetrain.
FFE 12mm 625+ head studs
FFE X beam rods with 625+ bolts

This new 8Y world record will hopefully further the platform. Once the rest of the systems are sorted (tcu/haldex) we should have some very quick / fast 8Y cars popping up. Best 60’ of the day for Pat I believe was a 1.47!

For some time now, we have been offering our advanced machining services for the X58 platform. We offer sleeving with many popular brand liners, or, our FFE HD liners with triple the wall thickness over standard liners in all the right areas while still being a dry liner. 2D step deck, 14x1.5 or 14x2.0 head studs, we have our own 14 to 12 and 14 to 14mm stud options, oversized dowels and more. Finishing off 2025 strong with and on our many huge strides in this project. This year alone we’ve redone the whole car and changed many many things. Ran into and conquered system limitations in many systems. The one that causes the most pain was the fuel system. Finally after FL2K we made a deal I would tackle that in the most tasteful way possible. What’s more fitting than an OEM location, 5.5 gallon, OEM fill neck, fully integrated, bolt in the system that’s good for 2500whp. At the heart of this project is an aeromotive 10.0 brushless being speed controlled by the Syvecs tuned by . Cad designed, converted to sheet metal and laser cut by us. Radius bent on our press brake. Fabricated, welded, billet mounts purpose designed, programmed, machined with replaceable timeserts for reliability. Oring sealed vband fill neck that holds a full size long funnel for hands free filling with canned fuel. Designed and created by us, this will most likely become a JDY product as we don’t have any more capacity to do a production run of these with our very busy engine programs and machining services.
