A little update on things at BBRE from Bobby for clarification!
We all know that the facility has moved to 112/114 Brook Ave Deer Park NY 11729, at the motion to take command of the dwindling Machine World NY and acquire machines and have a much better building/landlord situation
That being said, if you are a BBRE customer that does not like John of machine world, that is totally okay. I am diligently working on expediting the buy out process, but unfortunately there's no fiscal way I can do it before the December 31 2027 pay off agreement.
I am in complete control of pricing, work arrangements, and over all running of the grounds at these 2 facilities.
As of right now, i had originally set up to use the OG Ace Crankshaft landline for a phone number to get straight to me, but that has been a lackluster effort due to original management incapabilities. I am currently setting up a business line for texting, calling, and picture sharing abilities to keep everything smooth operating and completely transparent throughout the process.
For anyone who is still working with us, i greatly appreciate you for helping me/us trudge through this less than ideal situation. For anyone that is refraining from using us because John is still here, i understand and i hope that reaching out to me directly through -> [email protected] (and updated phone number once plan is ordered shortly) will help everyone who wants to use our services more easily reach their desired person.
The work will remain of the quality you've come to love and expect, and the warm and welcoming attention to customer and detail will remain with me and my father.
