We're Hiring a Banking Operations Specialist at DeWitt Bank & Trust Co. This position supports the daily operations of the bank and helps ensure the effective functioning of electronic banking and payment systems. The role is responsible for maintaining the bank’s ACH environment and assisting with day‑to‑day electronic banking activities, including online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and ACH transactions. The position provides customer service and support to both internal staff and external customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to electronic banking and payment services. Under general supervision, the Banking Operations Specialist performs assigned daily duties in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
