We designed this BSF Adaptor to provide a plug and play hydraulic test stand mount assembly that would support all of the testing components including the motor. This test stand would allow you to use an electric motor to test hydraulic pumps with any mounting fl**ge configuration or coupling with minimal change over.

Engineered Solution~

We designed this engineered solution to allow a gear reducer to be driven by a hydraulic motor. We made an adaptor that allowed the SAE motor to interface with the NEMA C face fl**ge of the gearbox and adapted the shafts. We engineered a female to male piloted adaptor and shaft extension combination that interfaced the two components, minimizing the overall assembled length.

Engineered Solution~
We designed this BSF Adaptor with a bolt-on base and a shaft extension for use with a hydraulic motor in place of a gas engine. Since it would be exposed to water, the custom shaft extension was made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The bolt-on base supported the assembly.
