We are hiring immediately for 2 positions for our team! Both Positions are Full Time, Monday through Friday 8-5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Welder/ Fabricator: Will primarily work in the shop. Some Welding experience preferred, but not required. Must be a quick learner and able to problem solve. Pay based on experience

General Laborer/ Painter: Will work with the head installer in the field most days. When not installing, will help with painting and other tasks on the production side. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in outside weather conditions. Starts at $17.50/ hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Weld Custom Ironwork: Perform welding on a variety of custom iron pieces, ensuring strong, clean, and durable welds.

Learn Layouts for Custom Iron Pieces: Review and follow detailed layouts and blueprints to fabricate custom iron parts.

Grinding and Finishing: Grind, polish, and finish custom ironwork to meet design specifications and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.

Cleaning Finished Pieces: Clean and prepare final products for inspection or delivery, ensuring all welds and surfaces are free of debris, sharp edges, or imperfections.

Cutting Materials/Parts: Accurately cut materials and components for custom projects using saws, plasma cutters, or other fabrication tools.

Team Collaboration: Lift and move materials (in excess of 50 lbs) with the assistance of team members to ensure smooth project flow.

Maintain Tools & Equipment: Ensure tools and equipment are maintained, cleaned, and used safely.

Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team
