Join The Bee Supply Team! Are you a motivated, hardworking individual with a passion for learning and customer service? The Bee Supply is seeking a part-time associate to become an essential part of our team! This position offers 20 to 28 hours per week with opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly interacting with visitors and answering their inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to complete transactions.
- Ensure the store is well-organized and stocked by handling inventory and shelving merchandise.
- Re-pack, sort, and attach pricing labels to products with attention to detail.
- Assist in answering phone calls professionally and addressing customer needs.
- Prepare and ship orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help set up the classroom on designated class days for a seamless experience.
- Offer basic guidance on beekeeping, including care, maintenance, and equipment usage.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support team success.
