Hose Team is Dayton’s premier mobile hydraulic hose repair experts and is currently seeking a full time Field Technician for the Greater Dayton Market.
A Hose Team Field Technician will be responsible for repairing and replacing hydraulic hoses for multiple types of industries such as manufacturing, commercial, and state and local municipalities. You will be working out of a Hose Team customized van specifically designed and stocked to make and repair all types of hydraulic hoses. Although we opened our doors in 2020, we are growing fast and looking for someone to grow and train from the ground up. Applicants must be honest, friendly, provide great customer service, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. If you have existing mechanical experience, self-motivated, and love an exciting day-to-day schedule, then check us out.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble, repair, and install hoses for a wide, established customer base
• Perform service calls in the local market
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Respond to emergency requests when on call
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Mechanical Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record
• Experience in hydraulics is preferred, but Hose Team training will be provided
