This 2007 Corvette Z06 came into the shop for a full mechanical refresh at 100k miles, making sure this LS7 is ready for the next chapter of hard driving.

With cars like the C6 Z06, mileage doesn’t mean the end… it just means it’s time to go through everything properly and bring it back better than new.

This one is getting:

• Torque tube rebuild
• New clutch system
• Cam package & valvetrain refresh
• LS7 head fix with CNC porting upgrade
• Differential rebuild
• ATI harmonic balancer with ARP crank bolt
• Upgraded brake rotors & pads
• Oil pan reseal
• Belts, accessory pulleys, and fluid services
• Complete deep clean including the engine bay
-Bilstein shocks paired with MTI Sway bars

When we’re done, this Z06 will feel tighter, stronger, and more reliable than it has in years.

This 5.3 went from a grocery getter at 300Hp/330Tq to a heart rate tester at 360Hp/527Tq with the help of a custom package we put together utilizing our in house CNC ported cylinder heads, MTI comprehensive Cam package, Kooks Headers, StainlessWorks true dual exhaust, K&N cold air intake, in house ported throttle body, and a few other goodies.
