As a kid I always loved paying attention to the details and taking care of people. It seems fitting that I would become a Civil Engineer. I love making things work for people and challenges. This love of challenges and making things work for people is what led me to serve in the military as well as spend years delivering leadership courses as a volunteer. I am in my element wh
en I am listening to what clients are dealing with and the challenges they are facing and working with them to create effective solutions. That’s when I step in, get clarity on the situation, and put in the action steps that need to be taken to make it happen. I gravitated towards site development because it is an exciting and critical element of a great project. During my 15 years in the civil engineering industry, I have had the privilege to work with and lead exceptional land development and design teams. I have vast experience with land development projects. I have overseen diverse multi-million dollar civil projects from initial due diligence, proposal negotiation, cost estimating, planning and design, permitting, and construction to final closeout. I specialize in commercial, residential, and industrial site development, utilities design and layout - water, drainage, sewage, permitting & field inspections, site design, gravity sewage & lift stations, shop drawing reviews, certifications, LEED Certification, and more.
