This Black Rock Middle School project by in Philadelphia showcases a motif of dynamic vertical paneling in Azure Blue, Cadet Gray and Basalt Gray finishes, through ALUCOBOND PLUS aluminum composite panels expertly fabricated by .

The new 215,000 SF building is centered around a two-story “heart” space with a gathering stair that opens onto an educational courtyard overlooked by the media center. Complementary educational spaces include 12 collaborative learning communities, art, science, music, physical education and a state-of-the-art theater designed to provide an innovative learning experience for up to 1,200 students.

Wendy’s franchise developer Elias Tsavoussis achieved remarkable efficiency in Nassau, Bahamas, by implementing ALUCOBOND PLUS with the innovative ALUCOBOND EasyFix system for brand-compliant exterior cladding.

Our ALUCOBOND material proudly made in the USA has played a key role in bringing this Austin, TX Multifamily project to life. Union on 24th stands as a contemporary residential tower near The University of Texas at Austin, elevating the standard for young professional housing in the area. The development features 552 units and provides an impressive 86,000 square feet of amenities serving approximately 1,400 residents annually. With 20% affordable housing units and a holistic focus on health and wellbeing, Union on 24th is a testament to humanizing high-rises. Natural light reaches every corner of the building by design. The unilateral brushstrokes in the ALUCOBOND Brush finish accentuate the raw elements of the buildings design.

Perkins and Will shares, "Our team developed a distinct fenestration patterning of metal panels, establishing a herringbone gradient that stretches across the facade, moving with the light."

Developed during the pandemic, the project embodies themes of resilience and wellness. The architecture team collaborated with Greystar to create spaces that foster community connections while ensuring residents have room to breathe and thrive.
