WERE HIRING. Position is for a Quality Control Manager - Danvers MA. Previous machine shop QC experience required
We are looking for a qualified Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that manufactured products meet the specified standards and specifications of the drawing and that the parts meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Inspect, accept or reject finished items.
• Measure manufactured products with calipers, gauges or micrometers, micro heights and CMM.
• Maintain records and results of manufactured products.
• Prepare required Quality Assurance forms/certifications.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Read blue prints and specifications.
• Identify product defects, report and record issues.
• Support process improvements and make necessary repairs.
• Support manufacturing team and other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety and environmental rules as per established procedures.
Qualifications/Skills
• Must be able to perform efficiently in a fast past environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to problem solve and multi task.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Maintain a clean and organized Quality Control Department.
Education and experience
• Former machine shop and QC experience preferred.
