Really like how this one turned out!...simple and elegant for this beautiful home.

Finished the week out with a bunch of odd jobs and projects. A custom gate for a garden, and a really cool wood rack designed to match the customer's Kuma stove. Followed up by a full pallet of bent up laser cut plate, some custom black metal drip pans, some formed steps for a trailer along with some formed heavy duty 1/4" thick gusset plates, and lastly a 1/4" thick plate cut and bent to match the customer's plywood template. Next day turnaround for when you need it fast!

One batch of handrail is off to powdercoat, the next is in line and getting fabricated. The fixture table, along with some simple plasma cut jigs make the setup and weld out of these panels quick and easy.

We love getting new tools at the shop!...we now have a full set of 5" bottom dies for the SRCNC press brake. This will allow us to bend thicker materials in longer lengths. You can see the massive size of this piece of tooling put up next to our standard 4-way bottom die. Hit us up for any of your cutting and bending needs. Quick turnaround times to keep your business moving!

Next up in line was 3 sheets worth of 1/8" aluminum all cut and formed into some massive boxes for the Idaho Department of Lands, who are putting them together for the US Forest Service.

Customer brought in a cardboard template of a custom hearth pad he was wanting. Next day we had this cut and formed, turned out sweet!

We had the honor of fabricating these two memorial benches for our fallen firefighters who gave it all. Got to work with some other great local businesses who donated time, materials, and whatever else was needed to bring these to life.

Customer wanted a cover to go over his outdoor firepit when not in use, so we whipped this one out for him out of some aluminum that will hold up to weather.
