This one started outside: a spigot on the exterior wall introduced moisture that migrated indoors, causing mold to grow on the interior lower wall area.

We set up containment to prevent cross contamination, removed the affected materials, cleaned and treated impacted surfaces, and got the area back to a nice, clean, and dry baseline.

Mold is a symptom. Moisture is the cause! Fix the leak, then remediate so it doesn't return.
