All FDI manufacturing facilities are quality certified to ISO 9001. Procedures and processes are constantly improved so that everything that we make or supply is defect-free. This applies to every stage of the supply chain from development and design, through to manufacture and customer service. Feedback from our customers is a key factor. We have developed procedures to ensu
re that experience from the user is properly collated and then applied, either as an immediate improvement or used for long-term product development. The factory was originally certified by the Quality Certification Bureau of Canada in August 2001. Responsible Business
