A MAGNIFICENT project completion near Memphis - Elvis was certainly proud and officially came back to the building! Thrilled to share these AFTER and BEFORE pictures of our beautiful Tempus products which ranged from flooring (of course made from stone), granite all the way up to ceiling fans and most items in between. Always rewarding to see such progress and beautiful strategically created spaces which will be enjoyed for a long time and called HOME! Feeling very grateful for all the team work and we are all smiles for this beautiful and fun project.

More incremental semi-truck loads going out last night for Austin and San Antonio multi-family deliveries providing 50,000sqft of beautiful newly designed Tempus vinyl flooring and other impactful Tempus rehab goodies! Much to smile about for new residents of these AWESOME properties.

We have been rocking away at TEMPUS with an abundance of impactful product deliveries throughout TX and beyond in the last months. With containers flowing into our warehouse from ports and rail to assembling kitted, bulk and individual products for our clients’ beautiful properties, we are always grateful to all involved in this intricate process and especially during these challenging times. Wishing EVERYONE health and well-being while always sending positive energy.

Another spectacular project lining up for a fresh start in 2020 close to Memphis! First phases of onsite granite and SPC flooring drop completed and will be unified by many other beautiful Tempus products throughout project duration. If Elvis is still alive, he may just consider a move from Graceland to this gorgeously and strategically planned rehab.

More amazing and new designs of Tempus rigid core flooring arriving! The stone based core doesn't expand or contract and helps tremendously with blocking out sound on higher levels in Multi-Family units - mixed with high density underlayment, it's a pristine pleasure to install and walk on for residents.

Their furry friends also appreciate the waterproof and resistant nature in their new digs... A solid and more ecological solution for years and our Sr. Packaging Engineer even waltzed in to "help" with unloading?

PRODUCT FLOW: Riding out into the TX sunset for Austin and San Antonio deliveries. While beautiful and thoughtful product is key for multi-family rehabs, so is impeccable inventory management and solid product flow between multiple properties Effective, efficient and ON BUDGET results. Helping our clients shine in these imperative rehab areas makes us smile everyday.

Our newest Dallas rehab underway and is short of breathtaking while being a very mindful transformation.

Thoughtful, beautiful and impactful does not = expensive with direct import, efficient warehousing and solid planning from wonderful PEOPLE.

From ground up - SPC extremely durable (and beautiful) flooring with sound-proofing underlayment to ADA compliant door euro hardware, gorgeous low-flow faucets, extraordinary sinks, granite, window treatments and lighting.

We are very proud to have been able to save all cabinet boxes and revitalize them with FSC certified pine fronts with low VOC extremely durable paint, soft close hinges and of course all new drawers. Certainly needed to finish the boxes off with a final touch of enhancing trim! : )
