We are hiring a Level 3 Field Installer

The Level 3 Metal Installer is an expert-level field installer responsible for leading small jobs, executing installation plans with precision, and being the right hand for the Project Foreman. This role ensures jobs are completed cleanly, safely, efficiently, and according to DMFM quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•5+ years metal installation experience in commercial or architectural metals�(handrails, panels, wall cladding, awnings, stairs, trim, decorative metals, etc.)
•Strong blueprint/shop drawing reading skills.
•Experience leading a small crew or acting as a job-site lead/foreman.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
•Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
•Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, fasteners, anchors, and field fabrication.
•Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work on ladders, and operate safely in commercial job sites.
•Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
