Yesterday, we celebrated Founder’s Day and reflected on the story that started it all.
In 1977, Mostafa Setayesh came to America with a dream — a dream shared by so many who believe in the promise of opportunity, hard work, and education. Like many journeys, his path was not easy. But along the way, the kindness of two strangers changed everything. Their generosity and belief in him helped open the door for Mostafa to pursue his education and build a future in this country.
From that opportunity, The Dimension Group was born.
What began as one man’s dream grew into a company built on resilience, gratitude, and the belief that when people help each other succeed, incredible things can happen. Today, 49 years later, we are still here — continuing the work, carrying forward the values that shaped our foundation, and honoring the vision that started it all.
Founder’s Day is more than a celebration of a company. It’s a reminder of the power of kindness, the courage to chase a dream, and the responsibility we all share to create opportunities for others.
Thank you, Mostafa, for the dream that brought us here. And thank you to the people who believed in it.
