Prospect Mold is hiring for a position (Metallic / Composite Machined Parts).

Responsibilities: Identifying market trends, prospective customers, and product opportunities. Salesman should have an existing network of customers and find new part machining opportunities that fit into the wide range of Prospect’s capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service is required.
- 7-10 years of experience is preferred
- Previous experience in the metallic/composite machining industry
Strong leadership qualities
- Self-starter who has proven track record of success
- Previous experience with quoting precision machine components
- Strong negotiation skills and a foundation of industry relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel when needed
- BS/BA preferred; 2-4 technical degree with proven strong technical aptitude is a plus but experience is most important
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic

This is a full time 40-50 hour/week position that does require travel!

Pay: 80k - 120k + Commision

This position does have a option!
