This set of s&s big bore cylinders I did a bore job on these with a set of s&s Pistons, I did use the torque plates when boring these, I sized them up with a 280 grit honing stones, call 1903 994 4008 ask for rick I ship USPS UPS and FedEx

Just knocked out a 1985 CR500 re sleeve, ports matched bore for a wiseco piston .003, surfaced the cylinder took off .005 for the clean up 903 994 4008 9am pm

This is the beginning to the end of an lt500 set of cases with a crank and wobbled out the main bearing area, are you going to bearing material which is stronger than the aluminum the finished product is line board so both cases match each other Rick's motorcycle machine shop 903-994-4008

This is a counter plate for a 2002 Harley Davidson B motor this counter balance mounting plate is no longer available, Harley Davidson did not do a very good design on this, the aluminum pins that holds the guides for the balance chain get all wobbled out and the mounting holes become able long, I recreate longer mounting holes in the mounting plate make new pins with the locks on the top, I interference fit these pins into the balancing plate, and your good to go

This is a set of lt500 engine cases, on some of these Big bore quads the bore size is just more than the lower end can handle the main bearing holes get wobble out that's where I come in, I start with boring the main bearing holes out to get a good round hole, I then begin to cut my bushing with an interference fit, I heat the cases drop the bushing in I bore the bushing approximately .010 under I bolt up to half the cases together and then I do my finish cut so both of the bearing holes line up with each other and the crank fits in the way that it should this is just one of the things that I do at Rick's motorcycle machine shop 903-994-4008
