One of the biggest lessons from this year is that growth asks you to stay willing to learn.

Our team took on a complete bagging line that included a robot we hadn’t worked with before. That required everyone involved to pay attention, ask questions, and work together through new territory. It was challenging, and it gave us experience we didn’t have at the start of the job.

We’re proud of a crew that can say, “Let’s figure this out,” and then put in the effort to do it. We’re also grateful to customers who trust us enough to work through a complex project together.

What a year it has been for us at Lent’s Machinery & Fabrication Inc!

We've tackled larger projects, welcomed new customers, and expanded our skill set more than we could have imagined. Each challenge has been a lesson, teaching us resilience and ingenuity.

Of course, it hasn’t been without hurdles — those bumps in the road shaped our year in ways photos can’t show. Yet, through every twist and turn, our team showed up strong and our customers kept the faith.

As we reflect, we are grateful for the growth, the struggles, and most importantly, the people who stood by us—here’s to an even more incredible year ahead!

There’s a lot of work that happens before anyone picks up a tool.

Someone studies the one drawing available for an old machine. Someone checks how a new piece of equipment will fit the space. The team talks through what they know, what they still need to learn, and what the customer needs the finished job to accomplish.

We’ve done plenty of that thinking this year. It may not make for the most exciting photo, but it’s part of the work we’re proud to do. Taking time to understand a problem helps us make better decisions once the fabrication or installation begins.

Our work includes custom machinery, welding and fabrication, equipment repairs, installations/removals, and much more. We’re looking for someone who brings hands-on experience, takes initiative, and enjoys working with others.

**Skills and qualifications needed:**

* Welding and fabrication experience.
* A millwright or construction millwright background.
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Ability to read blueprints and accurately read a tape measure.
* Ability to safely operate shop equipment, including band saws and cutting torches.
* Experience using hand and power tools, including hand saws, hammers, and grinders.
* Ability to lay out, fit, and build projects square—and use the proper tools to verify accuracy.

**We’re looking for someone who:**

* Is hardworking, dependable, and a self-starter.
* Works well on a team and takes pride in quality workmanship.
* Maintains a clean, organized workspace.
* Is flexible and willing to learn new perspectives and methods.

Step back and you can see how much the bagging line has taken shape. Step closer and you can see the details still getting attention. These views capture both sides of our progress: the equipment coming together and the work continuing around it. We are carrying that progress into the final details and testing, with completion firmly in sight as the goal.

Cutting, fitting, and welding are still part of the work as the JTS bagging line install moves toward completion. These photos show putting time into the pieces that need hands-on attention. A project’s final stages can include plenty of practical work, alongside the testing. We are staying with both, because the goal is to finish the entire job.

Some installation work happens where a wide progress photo barely shows it. Under the conveyor. At the base of a frame. In the space between components. These close-ups give that effort its place in the story. The crew keeps giving the details attention as we move through the final stages. Each remaining item matters to the job we are committed to completing.

The electrical hiccups have been part of this installation’s story. They have taken patience, shared thinking, and time at the equipment. These photos capture some of that hands-on electrical work and the conversations around it. We are still finishing details and testing, with the same commitment through every challenge: keep working together and follow the job through to completion.

The close-ups show why the remaining work deserves just as much attention. We are proud of the progress and staying focused on the next item, the next check, and the next adjustment until the job is absolutely complete.
