Is misalignment contributing to your cylinder wear or uneven motion?

Our Linear Alignment Couplers can reduce rod seal and bearing wear and help prevent binding and erratic movement caused by misalignment.

They permit greater tolerance between the cylinder centerline and mating member and work in push or pull applications.

🍻 Oktoberfest at Milwaukee Cylinder! 🥨

We recently took a break from the shop floor/office for a little Oktoberfest fun with our team! Employees enjoyed great food, plenty of laughs, and some friendly competition with a brat eating contest, stein holding contest, and Hammerschlagen (nail driving contest).

We also held a charity raffle, giving everyone a chance to have some fun while supporting a good cause.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all of our employees who joined in. It was a great opportunity to spend time together, enjoy some friendly competition, and celebrate the people who make Milwaukee Cylinder what it is.

A cylinder can meet the application requirements on paper, but maintenance still needs to work with it after installation. Before you finalize the layout, ask:

- Can the team identify the cylinder and find its information?

- Will the connections and mounting hardware be reachable for inspection and service?

- Is there a practical path to remove or replace the cylinder when needed?
