PHANTOM™ METAL ROOF SEALANT
Geocel® Phantom™Metal Roof Sealant provides a unique color match to metal panels by allowing the metal color to radiate through while adding a hint of color to the sealant.
The result is a seamless, monolithic appearance for the roof.
• Outstanding adhesion to PVDF, SMP and polyester-coated steel including Kynar 500®
• Will not crack
• Asphalt shingle compatible
• Exceptional elongation and flexibility
• Applies even when damp
• UV resistant
• Resealable; may be applied over itself

• Easily applied, non-stringing formulation

• Cured sealant is mildew resistant
Basic Uses:
• Sealing metal roof seams and through-roof projections
• Primer-less application to brick, concrete, metal, glass, treated and untreated wood, asphaltic materials and vinyl
• Where ultraviolet resistant material is required
• Where a paintable sealant is required
Adheres To:
Coated steel (Kynar 500-based finishes), asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, vinyl, steel and other common building substrates.
