Our First Bad Review. It happens from time to time ya just can’t please everyone and though we try sometimes it just happens. No excuses we had to sub out the radius of this customer’s railing it didn’t come back in a timely manner we will take blame we also had a discussion about that being a possibility. However we didn’t have it in writing so lesson learned.

Our client who was clearly not happy with our progress, excuses, etc and was refunded the full amount of his deposit via cashiers check within an hour of our disagreement.

We were already on our way to test fit the railing before completely finishing and installing them. You can see the radius railing on our truck and the bank check in my back pocket.

Unfortunately most of his claims are off like dates and such but he’s angry and we understand anger gets in the way of facts when venting. In the end we did not live up to satisfying the client and that’s on us.

But we not sit back and have mistruths spoken about us. My Father once told me your character will always outweigh any lie ever told about you!!!!

Again my apologies to this client not our finest hr but as a good friend of mine always says “These things happen in construction” we will strive to do better and recover from our first bad review out of the completely satisfied hundreds!!!!!

What a difference a week makes last week we were on site to replace a botched railing another contractor installed. We fixed all the damage he caused and replaced some of the as trim as well, along with a new railing. Just needs some spackle and paint and it will look like they were never there. If you are a victim of a sub par contractor we can help make those wrongs Right ,after all it’s in our name!!!

Once again we are replacing a subpar Railing that a customer paid good money for. They should have received a full refund and money for damages from this “Craftsman” unfortunately we run into this constantly, yes they are cheap, but you are still not even getting what you pay for. Most of these companies are not licensed and don’t have the proper insurance. No one should have to go through this. Check back next week when we post the finished replacement.
