We had a fun week of celebrating Christmas! Ugly sweater contest, Office/cubicle decorating contest and Creative Ornament contest! Capped off today by an awesome potluck with gift exchange! Thank you to everyone who participated and a big thank you to Kathie Wolfe and Katrina Herbert for organizing all of it! We had an amazing time!

Today we had the pleasure of hosting some awesome visitors from our county’s career center! We loved giving these students a tour of our plant and showing them all the hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication that goes into producing our ladders.

It’s always a privilege to welcome students into our facility and give them a behind-the-scenes look at what we do every day. We look forward to continuing to inspire the next generation of makers and innovators!

Each year, we like to show our appreciation for the incredible team that keeps Cotterman moving forward. As a small “thank you” for their hard work, every employee receives a turkey to take home and enjoy with their families this Thanksgiving.
