We are working the weekend at the new fertilizer plant in crookston to get things ready for a trial run tomorrow. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into getting this plant up and running. It will be neat to see the place operational!

Noah and I fabricated a stainless steel stand for this conveyor drive. They needed to add a gear reduction drive to control the speed of the conveyor better than the original chain drive. We added slotted holes on the gearbox to make replacing the Lovejoy connection an easy task. Today we will fab a guard for the shaft as well as getting the exterior exhaust pipe bolted up on the duct we fabricated. Jon welded all day yesterday to get that finished. Cole is working on cutting parts and building 10 heat pump stands. The guys have really been busting it to try stay on top of all this work!
