We are a seafood business located on the marina in Crisfield, MD. We are looking for a career oriented individual who is dependable, motivated and conscientious with high attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in:
1. Quick books and data entry
2. Accounting Principles
3. Payroll
4. Accounts Payable
5. Accounts Receivable
6. Bank Reconciliations
7. Inventory Tracking
8. Journal Entries
9. Quarterly and Annual Reports (Payroll and Financial)
10. Preparation of books for Annual Tax Returns
11. Faxing, Scanning and Uploading Documents
Duties will also include filing, answering phones and assisting with office related tasks.
Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Hours will range from 30-40 Hours/week depending on experience.

🦀 Dock Worker/ Backup Driver Wanted – Independent Crab Company ⚓️
📍 206 S 10th St, Crisfield, MD 21817

We’re a locally owned seafood business located right on the marina in Crisfield, MD, and we’re looking to add a reliable Dock Worker to our team.

This position is primarily dock and warehouse based, working hands-on with crabs and oysters. In addition, this role will serve as a backup driver when needed, so must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT card.

• Physically able to handle bushels of crabs and oysters (50lbs)
• Willing to work 6 days per week during blue crab season (April–November)
• Experience with hard crabs preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Commercial driving experience preferred, not required

Seeking Drivers

Independent Crab Company, located at 206 S 10th St, Crisfield, MD is seeking a Driver to join our team.

Position Details:
🕓 Runs may include:
-Morning and evening trips
-8-12 hours per trip
-3-5 trips per week
📦 Responsibilities include safely transporting live seafood to various locations, assisting with loading/unloading, and maintaining product quality during transport.

Requirements:
✔️ Dependable, punctual, and motivated
✔️ Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical
✔️ Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from work
✔️ Physically able to handle bushels of crabs and other seafood products (50lb units or better)
✔️ Able to operate a forklift (experience preferred)
✔️ Experience with commercial driving or seafood transport is a plus but not required
