Let’s clear up the rumors once and for all: we have not been bought out by Four Seasons. There has been no buyout or change in ownership. We appreciate everyone who supports us, but we’d also appreciate the “keyboard warriors” taking a step back from the speculation and stopping the spread of rumors and misinformation. If you don’t have the facts, please don’t present assumptions as truth!

We see you, we hear you and are not ignoring you! Screaming at our staff I can tell you is not acceptable, our techs or our ladies in the office. This is not going to get you service any faster. Showing up to our office isn’t going to get you any faster service, and being a keyboard Karen isn’t going to get you faster service. When I tell you we are working tirelessly and endlessly WE ARE! If you are unhappy with us keep it to yourself you don’t have to bash us and I ask you to not bash us or tell us in a few days after this weather gives us all a break! We all can agree that this weather is something we haven’t seen in years!!!!!

We have a list and going one by one in our voicemails and emails. As you can tell we are backed up! Again our crew is working endlessly! We do appreciate your patience again please bare with us!
